Manual Roam and Soft reset – For iPhones
Settings > Carrier > Select network – any other apart from the one connected to> try and make a call or data connection> then go back and Select Carrier>Select Automatic
Most issues with network are cleared with a SOFT reset:
Hold menu button and hold button down together for 11 seconds, let go when apple logo appears.
*#105# shows last network update times:
CS (Circuit Switched) – GSM (calls and texts)
PS (Packet Switched) – GPRS/3G (Data)
